As more and more foreign snacks are entering into Guizhou, the Guizhou snack industry is facing a tremendous challenge. Even the competitive local snacks are also crisis-ridden. The developing and channelling the local snack industry into a standard, healthy and virtuous direction is a reality problem faced by the local snack industry. This thesis adopts the SWOT analysis method to analyze comprehensizely the current situation faced by the Guizhou snack industry, and using the findings, proposes the developing and marketing strategies for the Guizhou snack industry.
