Consistent with prior years, we understand that all the income-generating activities including negotiation and conclusion of the sale and purchase contracts or orders were performed outside Hong Kong. There was no staff located in Hong Kong in receiving or accepting orders from customers nor negotiating, concluding and executing any sales or purchase contracts for the Company.
