1. Every delivery of goods from China should be no less than 5000 tons, or else the freight would be too high.
2. The final bottom price can only be reduced by one dollar.
3. To use the pallets or not depends on your requirement. Pallets are not needed for bulk goods, but they are needed for bagged goods and it will cost much more.
