A Healthy Eating Habit It’s very important for us to have a healthy eating habit .A good eating habit make you healthy and strong. But what is my healthy eating habit? I like to eat noodles, rice, bread, eggs and milk every day . They give me heat. There are a lot of vitamins in vegetables and fruit. So I have vegetables eight to eleven times a week. I eat fruit seven to nine times a week. I don't eat too much fish and meat .I only have fish and meat three to four times a week. I never eat junk food . It’s bad for my health。 Let's have a healthy eating habit to keep ourselves fit!
