您可以进入bios检测硬盘：建议开机后按F10进入BIOS，选择 system Diagnostics，运行Hard Disk Test检测硬盘。检测过程中建议连接好外接电源，保持供电。
a.如果硬盘检测通过（通常会提示good,pass或者succeed），可以备份数据，重新安装原版系统；
温馨提示：不建议您使用克隆版（ghost）操作系统光盘来安装操作系统，因为这样的操作系统大都会经过制作者的修改，而修改过的系统可能会缺失某些文件，而这些文件可能是您机器所需要的，因此您在安装或者使用操作系统的时候就可能会出现问题。
b.如果无法进入bios，或者硬盘检测失败（通常会提示fail或者error），可以联系hp维修中心（点击即可查看当地hp维修中心信息）现场检修硬件。
