没有have of这个词组。"you have"是chance的定于从句，。chance of，是一个词组。这句话可以这样理解，The more support you get, the better chance (that) you have of influencing the system.

The more support you get, the better chance you have. of influencing the system应该放在chance后的，但是为了句子平衡所以放后面了。英语上没有have of+V-ing的固定用法
