neglect作动词时候：忽略; 疏忽; 遗漏; 疏于照顾;
ignore作动词时候：忽视，不顾; 驳回;
普通用法中，两个单词用得做多的都是忽视这个意向，但是意思还是不同的；
neglect注重于真的不小心忽视了，如：I neglected the small detail carelessly.我不小心忽视了这个小细节。
而ignore则是侧重于故意地无视了，如：Last time i let her down，so she totally ignored my advice this time.上次我让她失望了，所以这她完全无视了我的建议。
使用“忽视”意思时一定要斟酌。
