1 not 应该跟在动词后面
2 动词跟not的时候应该加助动词do或does(有人说has和have可以直接加not,我个人认为这是国外人的语法坏习惯就像"me and *** went to park yesterday")

not only...but also一般连接两个不同的动词，或者比较长的分句，比如：
We were not only late for school but also missed the most interesting part of the show.
当然短的也有，比如：
Not only Tom but also Jerry is interested in the show.
但是你这个句子怎么用都有点画蛇添足，不如简短点：

其实这样的问题很不好说，在外国人眼里，这些都是对的，因为他们都能理解（就像我们平时说中文很多时候语法不怎么对的句子我们不还是能理解吗？）
个人认为，2是最好的。1、4错在并列结构的不对称，3错在语法混乱，5没错，就是太繁复了
