一: 在同时表示"转换方向"时: turn around 有从原来不断变化的方向而转到其他的方向.
turn away则表示从原来一固定的方向向其它方向(尤其是加强特指与原来相反的方向)
二: turn away 有表示"拒绝"的意思, 但是turn around 则没有.
turn away 不准...入内,走开,转过脸,解雇,避免,防止,谢绝
