The trade terms under this Agreement shall be governed and interpreted under the provisions of Intercoms 2000 and this Agreement shall be governed as to all matters including validity, construction and performance under the laws of the People’s Republic of China provided it should not be in conflict with the laws of the International Chamber of Commerce. The English language version of this Agreement shall govern and control any translation of the Agreement into any other language.
本协议条款必须遵循《INTERCOMS 2000》的相关规定，并依据《INTERCOMS 2000》进行解释。本协议所有事项，包括有效期、协议构架和绩效等，均必须遵循中华人民共和国相关法律，除非中国法律条款与国际贸易委员会的规定有矛盾。本协议的英文版本是标准版本，其它语言的本协议版本均受到英文版本的制约与控制。
