得用条件状语,不一定虚拟语气,但是以用为主,如
I appreciate it if it could be arranged.（用）
如果你们能安排,我将不胜感激.
We appreciate it if you can cooperate with us.（没有用）
如果贵方能与我方合作,不胜感激.
We would appreciate it if you could offer us any help .（用）
如果您能为我们提供帮助的话,我们将不甚感激.

appreciate 后不直接跟if或when引导的状语从句，需借助it形式宾语，这种句型只是客气语气，并非虚拟语气。类似还有如下例句：
